Mr. / Comrade, Prachanda welcome back to Nepal, Hope you had wonderful visit to china. This was your first visit to china being PM of Nepal. I can just imagine your mood, what might happened to you (for an emotional person like U) when you were in Mao’s village. Though it was not a political visit INDIA (DON of South Asia) politicized it, and they might be expecting soon in Delhi. And after India you might get lots of invitations from other different countries Japan, Norway, Switzerland, France and other countries. I know you will not read this blog, but this doesn’t necessary mean that I should not raise and put my opinion to my PM.

You know that you had many responsibilities; I am not going to list out all those problems and your duties. This time Nepalese need instant relief from many things, so you should be in Nepal. You should visit Nepali villages and ask people what they had expected from you and your government. So forget of traveling international to maintain formal relational communities, let’s focus on Nepal and Nepali people. You are not the permanent prime minister people so grab this great opportunity to make NEW NEPAL. (We all know its really challenging, but if we give up! ” IF NOT NOW THEN WHEN” ?)

Now I am in Kathmandu, writing blog, replying missed calls, and using the advance technologies. In the mean time, let’s assume what a guy might be doing in Karnali! May be he is in front of CDO office, looking at the sky, waiting for rice, has gone for hilly region to search “Yarshagumba”. There is a huge difference between him and me, not in other things but in usage of resources. Though he is also a Nepali but he is not getting any facilities as a kathmanduties. Many people at karnali are living with out security and identity. Last sunday at gurukul theatre a drama ” karnali dakshin bagdo cha” had shown the same picture. After watching that play, i wrote an article which was published in the Makwanpur newspaper. The same article was broadcasted through Hetauda F.M. कर्नाली भस्रेज काठमाडौं

नाटक सिनेमा सािगंतिक कार्यक्रम जस्ता कार्यक्रमहरु मनोरन्जनका कुनै न कुनै माध्ययम हुन् । उसोत नाटकलाई पनि मनोरन्जनकै माध्ययम वा साधन भनेपनी त्यसले उठाएको विषय वस्तु प्रस्तुतीकरणका कारण कहिले काहीँ नाटक यस्तो जिवन्त भईदिन्छ त्यो नाटक आफैंमा जीवन हुन्छ । चलचित्रमा जस्तो प्रविधी यान्त्रिक आतङ्क नहुनु र कलाकार र कलाकारितालाई आफ्नै आखाँ अगाडी हासँेको रोएको र आफु जस्तै कठिन जिन्दगी जिईरहेको देख्दा नाटक कहिले काहीँ जीवन जस्तै शुन्दर सत्य र विडम्बना पुर्ण भईदिन्छ । केही दिन देखी काठमाडौंको गुरुकुलमा कर्नाली हाँसीरहेछ गाईरहेछ चामलको लाईनमा भोक भोकै बसिरहेछ र देखाईरहेछ काठमाडौंलाई कर्नालीको वास्तविक तस्विर । हामीले टेलिभिजन र पत्र पत्रिकामा देख्ने गरेको तस्विर भन्दा फरक र हामीले सोचको दायरा भन्दा धेरै पृथक यर्थाथ कर्नाली हेर्दा म भित्र सानो तिनो भुईंचालो गयो । काठमाडौंको झिलिमिली चश्मा लगाएर देश हेर्न र बुझ्न खोज्ने म जस्ता युवा जो आफुलाई जान्ने सुन्ने ठान्छ ू कर्नाली दग्खिन बग्दो छू नाटक हेर्दा म भित्र कर्नालीमा बाच्ािँरहेका मानिसहरु प्रति र समग्र कर्नाली प्रति सहानुभुती होइन ईतिहाँस देखीनै काठमाडौंले कर्नाली प्रति गरेको भेदभाव र थिचोमिचो प्रति आक्रोश जन्मायो । त्यसैले पुरा नाटक हेरिसकेपछि मैले विस्रन नसेकेको र मेरो दिमागमा पटक पटक खेलिरहेको एउटा संवाद यस्तो छ

तिम्रो बाउले बनाएको हो यो एयरपोर्ट हाम्रा हाड छाला घोटेर बनाएको अहिले हामीलाई आएर पिलेनमा सिट छैन भन्दोरहेछ…… बढो हाकीम भईखाएको……यहाँ मान्छे मरेको देख्दैन…… !

पहरोबाट लडेका एक मानिसलाई डोकोमा बोकेर दुई दिनको बाटो हिडाँएर सदरमुकामको जिल्ला अस्पतालमा पुग्दा त्याहाँ डाक्टर शाव हुन्नन् उनि कुनै गोष्ठिमा भाग लिन नेपालगन्ज गएका हुन्छन् । अहेव भन्छ ू विरामीको लडेर आन्द्रा बाहिर निस्केको रहेछ त्यसैले नेपालगन्ज लानुपर्छू । विरामीलाई नेपालगन्ज लानको लागी उनिहरु एयरपोर्ट पुग्छन् तर एयरपोर्टमा बसेको काठमाडौंको हाकीमले ूटावर संग कन्ट्याक्ट हुदैं छ…… भोली जहाज आउँछ होला ू भन्छ । एकरात मरणासन्न अवस्थामा पुगेको विरामीलाई विमानस्थलमै रात भरी रुँघेर भोलीपल्ट पिलेन आउने आशमा बस्छन् तर भोलीपल्ट पनि त्यही हुन्छ एयरपोर्टको कर्मचारी भोलीपल्ट पनि त्यही जवाफ दिन्छ अझ जहाज आए पनि सिटहरु पहिल्यै बुक भईसकेकोले विरामीको लागी कुनै सिट नभएको जानकारी दिन्छ…… विमानस्थलका कर्मचारीको यस्तो अमानविय र गैह्रजिम्मेवार पुर्ण जवाफ सुनेपछि आक्रोषीत कर्नाली वासीको च्ाित्कार हो यो ।

वास्तविक खस जाति र भाषाको उद्गम थलो कर्नालीले नेपालीत्व त जन्मायो तर त्यही खस जातकै मानिसले सयौं वर्ष सम्म देशको शाषन प्रशाषनमा हालीमुहाली चलराईरहँदा कर्नाली जत्तिको उपेक्षित अरु केही भएन । देशका केही प्रधानमन्त्री कर्नालीबाटै भए तर तिनको रगत र नशामा कर्नालीको पानी उहिल्यै सकिईसकेको थियो । ति जन्मका आधारमा कर्नाली भए तर तिनको छातीमा कर्नालीवासी भोग्नुपर्ने पिडा बोध थिएन तिनले कहिल्यै स्कुल जानको लागी तुइन तर्नु परेन स्कुलबाट फर्कदाँ तुइनबाट स्कुले साथी कर्नालीमा झरेर कर्नालीमा विलिन भएको आफ्नै आखाँले देख्नुपरेन तिनले चामलको लागी कयौं दिन आकाशमा जहाज हेर्दै खाध संस्थानको डिपोमा लाइन बस्नु परेन त्यसैले तिनले कर्नाली देखे तर कर्नाली भोगेनन् । देख्नु सुन्नु र भोग्नुमा धेरै अन्तर पो हुन्छ त…… त्यसैको परिणाम टाठा जान्ने बुझ्नेले कर्नालीलाई मागी खाने भाँडो बनाए उनिहरु र उनका आशेपासे बर्खाको मुला झैं सपि्रए तर कर्नाली जहाँको तहीँ रह्यो ।
उसोत कर्नालीमा विकाशको लागी कुनै प्रयाश भने नभएका होइनन् …… तर कर्नालीको लागी विकाशको योजना बनाउने मान्छेले शायद भत्ता र सुविधा सहितको कर्नालीको भ्रमण गरयो रिपोर्ट बनायो तर उसले पनि कर्नालीलाई भोगेको थिएन त्यसैले जतिपनि विकास भयो त्यो लादिएको विकास थियो । जब कर्नालीमा ढुवानी सेवा उपलब्ध थिएन वा जब कर्नालीमा विश्व खाध संगठनबाट अमेरिकी चामल पुग्ने थ्ािएनन् त्यतिबेला सम्म कर्नाली भोको थिएन । त्याहाँका जनता स्थानिय रुपमा उत्पादन हुने कोदो फापर जस्ता कुरा खाएर अघाउँथे तर जब कर्नालीमा काठमाडौंले चामल पठाउन थाल्यो त्यसपछि फुड ह्याबिटमा आएको परिवर्तनले चामलको भोकमरी सृजना गर्यो । कर्नालीले काठमाडांैलाई अमुल्य संस्कुति भाषा र अझ अमुल्य जडिबुटी दिईरह्यो बदलामा कर्नालीले काठमाडौंबाट केवल भोक र भेदभाव पायो । जुन कुराको अन्तको लागी कर्नाली लडिरहेको छ ।
यही कुरालाई ज्वलन्त रुपमा उठाइएको छ नाटक ू कर्नाली दग्खिन बग्दो छूमा । स्थानिय भाषामा अझ मुगुकै कलाकारहरुले अभिनय गरेका नाटक हेरिसकेपछि अन्र्तमनको कुनै कुनामा रहेको कर्नाली प्रतिको मेरो अल्पबुझाई पुरै बदलियो । वास्तवमा कर्नाली यो देशको गहना हो र संगै पिडा पनि ।

काठमाडौंमा बसेर मोबाइलमा आएको मिस कललाई रिप्ला्इ गर्दै र इमेल इनबक्समा आएको मेललाई फरर्वाड गर्दै म सोचिरहेछु मेरै उमेरको मेरै देशको कर्नालीमा बस्ने जिवनमा कहिल्यै कम्पुटर नदेखेको युवा अहिले के गर्दै होला के ऊ यासा्रगुम्बा टिप्न गएको छ के उ चामलको लाईन ठेलमठेल गर्दै उभिरहेको छ या दिल्ली बम्बईको सडकमा भारी बोक्दै छ तर होइन पक्कै अबको सचेत युवा आफ्नो अधिकारको लागी सचेत भएर काठमाडौं तिर औंला ठडाउँदै भनिरहेको हुनुपर्छ ू काठमाडौं तिमी मेरो मालिक होइनौ तिमीले कर्नाली माथी अहिले सम्म गरेको भेदभाव प्रति मेरो आपत्ती छ…… विकास भन्ने कुरा तिमीले हामीलाई दान दिने होइन हाम्रो लागी तिमीले बनाएको योजना र नीति अस्विकार्य छ……मलाई अब हरेक कुरामा शहभागीता चाहिन्छ ू ।
मेरो यहि विश्वास छ ।

Are you against the corruption? Or do you want the corruption? Being an educated youth I am against corruption. You can imagine how sad it will be if a person against the corruption had to give the bribe and promote corruption. Being an elder son of my home, I have to take the major responsibilities, there is some construction work going on my home. Before constructing any thing it is compulsory to get approved from municipality’s office. Since last month I am regularly going to municipality office to get approve letter. But every time I am getting the common answer “Come tomorrow” from the lazy government officials. This Sunday I reached at 10.00 A.M in municipality office but there was no one at office except the helper till 10.20 A.M (remember that government offices opens at 10.00 Sharp). Around 10.20 a women appeared in office with a huge bag. I thought she was somebody outside of the office, like me. Later on I found that the woman was a staff, who had brought a large bag as if she has just arrived after heavy shopping. Later I knew that she had brought some pairs of shoes (she might have a fancy shop) so she is marketing some products. Most of the officials were busy in choosing a shoe rather than doing works. I asked an officer about my file, he said me to consult with another staff. The other staff indirectly ask me for some money (bribe???? ohhhh my god, I have heard about these things and indirectly I might have provided bribe but for the most time a government staff is asking me for money!!!! A thousand volt current passed through my body.) A poor me! I was compelled to give that Rs. 2000 as a bribe; it was obvious that I was tired of going safe office for long time for small thing. I didn’t stay there for long time. I came at open terrace. I take a long breadth. Felt me poor, unlucky and weak Nepali people. cfkm’nfO{ lwSsf/]+ . Then I went back to home and I was thinking how NEW NEPAL Can be formed with the same old bureaucrats?
Now, I am totally divided into two parts. One man inside me said that “You didn’t did anything, every one is doing the same” But in the same while next person inside me is feeling guilt “you promote wrong practices, you promote corruption”.

Now tell me my dear friend, what would you do in this position? We are used to; most of the time compelled to give bribe. We go to make citizenship card, license, and passport though it’s our right but we have to give bribe.
So let’s say a BIG NO bribe and corruption, let’s make our society corruption free. I know it’s really hard but nothing is impossible if we do it collectively.

How does u feel if you are a student and you are taking class with the age of your uncle / aunt?

Though I had admitted some months before, now I am going college regularly to attend class. But till now, I am not aware about course of study, syllabus. I have to ask my near colleagues to know the paper and Unit (class regular nagaye pachi yesto hune nai vao ni, kahile kahi ta jilla ram parincha). The classes are interesting and it is more interesting to sit with uncle and aunts. It’s impressing to see their dedication for the education. I found that more 40% of the students are married and I think 30% have children. This morning two women were talking about their children, for a bachelor guy like me it’s interesting to hear this kind of talks.

Another interesting thing, beside interesting class, teacher, library, environment and toilet full of cheats, I really enjoy class with my class mate (CM). Let’s hope I will know the course of study and syllabus soon. (If I regularly attend the class)
